Officers Make First Save Using Narcan

A life was saved last night just days after Narcan training had been completed.  Ptl. Cicali and Ptl. Settimio received a call for an unconscious male with a possible diabetic emergency.  Upon arrival, the patient was found to be unconscious, unresponsive, and barely breathing.  Officers arrived and  observed what appeared to be fresh "Track marks" on the patients arm.  Narcan was administered and the subject began to regain consciousness.  He was transported to the hospital for further evaluation.
