The Riverside
Police continue to take a proactive approach to investigations involving the heroin
and prescription drug problem that is plaguing all of our communities. We
continue to monitor those individuals who have been identified as being
“addicted” to opioid-related drugs and through these investigations we have been able to
assist with getting those persons the assistance they need towards making a recovery.
These investigations have also identified
subjects who specifically sell heroin and/or prescriptions drugs. Those subjects will be dealt with strictly
and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
