On 4/14/16 at approximately 1:08 a.m. a vehicle operated by Michelle Kelly-Rakoski, 35 of Cinnaminson, struck a parked vehicle on the 500 block of Delaware Avenue before leaving the roadway and crashing into the front porch of a residence. Although the residents were home, no one was injured. Ms. Kelly-Rakoski was arrested and charged with DWI and Reckless Driving among other offenses.
