Riverside Police Launch Fundraising Campaign for National Center for Missing and Exploited Children
Last year the Riverside Police Department, a member or the NJSP ICAC(Internet Crimes Against Children) Task Force, identified and arrested a child predator, seizing the suspect's vehicle after an extensive undercover sting investigation. With the help of our generous sponsors we converted that vehicle, a 2002 Chevrolet Silverado 2dr pickup truck, into the “Riverside Township Police Kidz FunZone Game Center.”
The truck is equipped with three 55” televisions connected to gaming consoles, tailgate style games, and outdoor movie equipment. The Kidz FunZone now brings joy to many children throughout the year, by providing a safe environment to play and interact with members of the police department.
The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children provides free resources to law enforcement for this type of investigation. The Riverside Police Department did utilize their resources and would now like to give back!
Please help us support the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children by making a donation through our page RPDkidzfunzone.
Your donation will help find missing children and fund NCMEC's critical outreach and prevention programs.
The process is fast, easy and secure. Thanks so much for your support... and please don't forget to send this page to any friends you think might be interested in donating!
