Local Resident Eludes Police on Motorcycle
On 8/28/17 at approximately 8:30pm, the Riverside Police
were dispatched to the 400 block of Bridgeboro St for the report of a male
riding a motorcycle recklessly around the neighborhood. The caller stated that the rider was speeding and accelerating his bike's engine causing public annoyance and alarm. A Riverside patrol unit located the biker
on a Honda CBR and attempted to stop him. The biker ignored the
officer and recklessly sped off, but not before the officer was able to obtain
the motorcycle registration. The Honda was found to be registered to Daniel J. Lippincott
of Delran, NJ.
Approximately 45 minutes later, Riverside Police officers located the same
biker speeding along Bridgeboro Street and, again, attempted to stop him. The
biker stopped long enough for Riverside officers to recognize him as Daniel J.
Lippincott, 33 yrs. Once the officers approached him on foot, Lippincott, again,
raced away from their location ignoring verbal commands to stop.
Lippincott was charged with two counts of Eluding,
Obstruction and Disorderly Conduct along with numerous traffic violations.
The Riverside Police are actively pursuing his arrest on these charges.
Lippincott was last seen riding a rebuilt Honda CBR with NJ registration
“3RKL7”.
Please contact the Riverside Police at 856-461-3434 if
anyone has any information on his whereabouts.
