Food Delivery Driver Robbed at Gunpoint
Suspects Identified and Charged
On 11/29/17 at approximately 6:35 pm, the Riverside Township Police were
dispatched to 100 block of Kossuth St for the report of an armed robbery. The caller reported to police that he was
working as a food delivery driver when he was robbed at gunpoint by at least
two masked suspects. One of the suspects
pointed a silver handgun at him while the other searched his pockets and took
all of his cash. He reported that the
suspects ran towards the NJ Light Rail train.
As a result of the ensuing investigation, three suspects (one
adult male and two juvenile males) were identified and charged. The
adult, Marlon “PJ” Sutton, 18 years, of Roebling, NJ was identified, charged
and arrested on 12/21/17. He was lodged
at Burlington County Jail on charges of Conspiracy to Commit Armed Robbery and
Conspiracy to Commit Aggravated Assault with a Firearm. The juveniles, a 17 year old male from Burlington
City and a 15 year old male from Willingboro, NJ were charged with the same
offenses.
On 1/2/18, the 17 year old male was located in Burlington
City and taken into custody. He was
processed at the Riverside Township Police Department and he was subsequently
lodged at the Burlington County Juvenile Detention Center. His name is being withheld due to juvenile
confidentiality laws.
The 15 year old male is still wanted. He was a resident of Willingboro but he also
has ties to Pemberton and Trenton. His
whereabouts are unknown. Other local
agency detectives identified the 15 year old as a street gang member
representing “GBM” (Gotti Boy Movement) a Bloods gang set. His name is being withheld due to juvenile
confidentiality laws.
