Former Class II Officer Appointed as Patrolman

Earlier tonight, at the Riverside Township public meeting, Jakob Gorbe was officially appointed to the position of Patrolman with the Riverside Police.  Jakob was previously a member of the Riverside Township Police in 2020 and 2021 as a part-time Class II Officer.  Surrounded by members of his family and Riverside officers, Jakob took the oath of office officially making him a full-time member of the police department.
