Riverside Police Lieutenant Ron Brock Graduates from FBI National Academy
On December 12, 2024, Riverside Township Police Lieutenant Ron Brock proudly graduated from the FBI National Academy in Quantico, Virginia. Lt. Brock was a member of the 292nd session of the 11 week FBI National Academy, which consisted of men and women from 48 states, the District of Columbia, and Guam. The class included members of law enforcement agencies from 27 countries, eight military organizations, and five federal civilian organizations. The National Academy’s selection process is not just about professional accomplishments; it’s about identifying individuals who possess the leadership traits necessary to influence and lead in a rapidly changing law enforcement environment. The goal is to ensure that those who attend the academy will return to their departments with the skills and knowledge needed to effectively lead, adapt to new challenges, and drive positive change.
As Lieutenant Brock returns to his duties with the Riverside Police Department, his newly acquired skills and experiences will undoubtedly benefit both the department and the residents of Riverside. His training at the FBI National Academy will play a key role in shaping the future of law enforcement in Riverside, ensuring that officers are equipped with the latest tools, strategies, and leadership skills to meet the evolving needs of public safety.
