Riverside Township Appoints New Police Officer
Riverside, New Jersey
Please
join us in welcoming Ayden Conard as the newest member of the Riverside
Township Police Department. He was sworn in as a Patrolman last night in front
of family, friends, and co-workers at the township meeting.
Ayden is a graduate of Delran High School, where he successfully competed as a varsity wrestler and football
player. Ayden currently serves as a volunteer firefighter
with both the Riverside and Delran Fire Departments,
demonstrating a strong commitment to community service. He also holds
a New Jersey
State Fire Inspector Certification.
Ayden is scheduled to begin the Camden County Police Academy on January 12th,
where he will undergo approximately six months of demanding academic and
physical training. This includes coursework in New Jersey law, rigorous
physical fitness, defensive tactics, vehicle operations, firearms proficiency,
managing critical incidents, and much more.
We wish Ayden the best as he starts the demanding journey of completing
training at the police academy, and we look forward to his future contributions
to our Riverside community!
