Bike Theft Foiled by Resident with Security Camera

Yesterday morning a resident of Spring Garden Street observed a male on her porch attempting to steal her son's bicycle.  The resident startled the suspect and contacted police.  She was able to provide a good description and video from a home security camera.  Police located and identified Arthur S. Lovelace, 53 of Camden as the suspect and took him into custody.  Mr. Lovelace had numerous outstanding arrest warrants, and was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia and an open container of alcohol.
