Riverside Patrolman Promoted and First Police Chaplains Sworn In

Congratulations Sergeant Nolan!

Congratulations to Sergeant Sean Nolan!  Sean was promoted to the rank of Sergeant tonight after serving eleven years as a patrolman.  Sgt. Nolan, a graduate of Rutgers University, is also a composite sketch artist and emergency medical technician.

Shane Pettit was sworn in tonight as a Class II Special Officer.  He joins Robert Settimio and Michael Hynes as a part-time, Class II Special Police Officers.

The Riverside Police Department would also like to welcome our first Police Chaplains.  Reverend Theodore King III of the First Baptist Church and Pastor Glen Entwistle Jr. of A New Hope Bible Church were sworn in tonight.  Reverend King III and Pastor Entwistle Jr. completed Police Chaplain training earlier this month.
