Riverside Patrol Vehicle Struck by Drunk Driver

On 2/25/18, at 12:08 am, a Riverside Patrolman had just parked his car on Bridgeboro Street in response to a call for service.  As the officer was walking toward the sidewalk a vehicle struck his patrol car and kept going.  The officer was able get into another patrol vehicle and stop the suspect.  The suspect, Alexis R. Molina, 25, of Riverside, was arrested for DWI and Leaving the Scene of a Motor Vehicle Crash.  During arrest processing officers determined Mr. Molina had provided a fictitious name, date of birth, and address.  Mr. Molina was charged with DWI, Refusal to Submit to Breath Testing, Driving While Unlicensed, Leaving the Scene of a Motor Vehicle Crash, Obstructing the Administration of Law, and Hindering his own Apprehension.  Molina was subsequently lodged in Burlington County Jail.
