Fight at Local Bar Leads to Aggravated Assault, Weapons Charges

Last night, at approximately 10:42 pm, the Riverside Township Police were dispatched to 113 North Fairview St. at the Beer Factory bar for a stabbing victim. Officers arrived on scene to find two men with injuries stemming from an argument that escalated into a fight with a knife and a pool cue.  As a result of the investigation, it was determined that Raymond Conard, 44 years , of Riverside, NJ, and Michael Ginty, 44 years , of Delanco, NJ, were the suspects involved in the fight.  Both of them sustained injuries requiring immediate medical attention and they were transported to the hospital for treatment. No one else was injured. 

Conard was charged with Aggravated Assault (2nd degree), Terroristic Threats (3rd degree), Possession of a Weapon for Unlawful Purpose (3rd degree) and Unlawful Possession of a Weapon (4th degree). 

Ginty was charged with Aggravated Assault (2nd degree), Possession of a Weapon for Unlawful Purpose (3rd degree) and Unlawful Possession of a Weapon (4th degree).
